How do I get a refund?

If you have purchased a Flexi Fare you can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before departure and claim a refund.

If you have purchased a Standard Fare you are not eligible for a refund, but you can use the credit from your cancelled booking to make a new booking - you have until midnight the same day to make a new booking or the credit will expire.
