I forgot my booking reference. What do I do?

You need your booking reference to board your bus (and to log in to the site to make changes to your booking), so make sure you make a note of it.

When you book online you'll receive a booking confirmation email that has this information. You can print out the document in this email if you like, but it's not required. If you book over the phone or don't have an email address, make sure you write your booking reference down.
