I haven't received my booking confirmation email.

If you book online, we'll send a booking confirmation to the address you give us during the checkout process. This contains an attachment with all the details of your booking, including your booking reference, the departure times, details of transfers, and terms and conditions of the service(s) you're travelling on.

If you haven't received a booking confirmation email 5-10 minutes after you get to the confirmation page, try checking your junk, spam or 'other' folders. If it still isn't showing up, contact us so we can confirm your email address and resend it.
